Executive Leadership Program

This dynamic executive language program, deals specifically with the special communication challenges faced by non-native English speaking global executives on international assignments who must perform at demanding levels in the English language at the workplace. Executives communicate in English about complex business issues with increased confidence, knowledge and skill and team up with top level linguists and business professors/consultants who will both prepare them for and immerse them in interactive, high-level discussions on the latest, as well as still relevant, business topics and issues. This program will provide the non-native English speaking global executive with the confidence and skill she/he will need to perform at the most demanding levels.

Executives meet with their teachers in the morning in small groups to work on field specific vocabulary for the afternoon topic which is presented in an interactive discussion hosted by well known speakers from the business world and university professors. The program is followed by an optional excursion to a choice of one of South Florida’s many exciting attractions. This is a highly intensive, fast-paced program and participants should be at at least a high intermediate level of English.
